Redington Capital's promotional materials do not fully explain the scale of the proposed building plans, or that the land targeted for development is categorised as part of the Chilterns National Landscape.
And it doesn’t stop there:
- Thousands of extra car journeys in our immediate neighbourhood, creating danger on Quill Hall Lane and surrounding roads which are already narrow and congested. Even the Redington Capital PR materials show only one car can pass at a time!
- Added pressure on access to GPs, dentists, NHS services and local transport.
- Significant impact on places at our primary and secondary schools.
