Save Quill Hall Farm Green Belt

The Green Belt land at Quill Hall Farm - all part of the Chilterns National Landscape - needs your voice to protect it. Redington Capital has submitted an outline planning application (ref. PL/26/06042/OA) for 190 houses and a community centre - turning open Green Belt land into a dense suburban development.

  • Ecology and a habitat gone for good. The site enjoys Chilterns National Landscape protection - once built on, it cannot be brought back.
  • Site consistently rejected for planning. This site was assessed and turned down by Bucks Council in a recent review of Green Belt land with development potential - it was previously rejected as an inappropriate site in a former housing application.
  • No case for building here. Bucks Council's emerging Local Plan already demonstrates that housing targets can be met without touching this precious Green Belt and Chilterns National Landscape farmland.
  • Nearly 900 extra vehicle journeys a day. Redington Capital's own figures show an increase of 200% in traffic might be expected on Quill Hall Lane - a quiet lane used daily by children walking to school.

Only those with an environmental conscience, or a local voice, can stop them. Please make your voice heard.
